Access Procedures for Computer Resources - Security Awareness Training
Security Awareness training is required before access can be granted to USDA
computers. Completion of the training will be documented in AgLearn once the
AgLearn account has been established. Security Awareness training must be
completed annually through AgLearn.
The current Information Systems Security Awareness training is available on
the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Web site. The training and a
choice of three assessments are available in pdf format. NRCS employees will
make the training available by printing copies, as needed, from the Web site.
The trainee will complete an assessment and send to the Training Officer at the
state office.
