LincPass - Two-Factor Authentication

Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) calls for mandatory, government-wide standard for secure and reliable forms of identification issued by the federal government to its employees, contractors, and affiliates for access to federally-controlled facilities and computer networks. The HSPD-12 compliant identification card for USDA is known as LincPass.
